Wholesale Orders

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for certain reasons, you may return the products to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packages.

A 15% of sale amount restocking fee, including the shipping cost and warehouse handling fee, will be charged for all returns.

Return Process

To return items, please email customer service at info@eastsun4u.com for approval. After receiving the approval for return, place the items securely in their original packaging and include your original invoice.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 working days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, these items cannot be returned. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
